We are celebrating the beginning of this summer with chocolate brownies without flour and sugar. The best. They will not spoil your diet even if you are on a low carb diet, as they contain only 1g of OH and 5g of fiber. Yes, that’s right 😊
Ingredients:
35g of melted butter 200g of dark Cavalier chocolate 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa 30g of natural calorie-free sweetener Sugarsweet 1: 2 or 1 teaspoon of natural sweetener Sugarsweet 1:10 1 whole egg + 1 yolk 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring + 1 tablespoon rum
Process:
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a steamer. Let's cool down.
- In a bowl, mix cocoa, sugarsweet, eggs, vanilla and rum. Add the butter-chocolate mixture, pour into a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 175 degrees.
- Bake for 22-25 mins, I needed exactly 23 because I like them to be a little more liquid in the middle.
- When the brownies have cooled and become a bit more compact, decorate them. I coated them with Diablo, which is sweetened with stevia, and I bought it at the Fitline store. Then I added more strawberries and coconut. Crazy taste. But I am already convinced that the next ones will be a combination of mint and chocolate, which I also adore!
